Showalter RV

I can't say enough good things about Showalter RV... Seven star service from very first phone call to delivery. I am out of state and had several special requests. Steve and every one of his team members fulfilled all my requests and needs. Including making sure I got on the road to get the RV home, even after some last minute warranty work had to be performed on the day of delivery. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you buy your next RV from Showalter RV in Nappanee! We made it to our first campground over labor day weekend (picture attached).

Here we go!!!! Being a previous owner and in familiar territory my wife and I knew exactly what we were looking for. After we met with Perry our decision was easy. I asked Perry if he could get everything done in a few days and be ready for an upcoming trip. He assured my wife and I they could make it all happen. The Showalter team sprung into action and our coach was spotless, prepped, and ready as promised. The whole experience was flawless from beginning to end. Absolutely amazing service. Fast responses and very helpful. My husband and I just bought our first brand new camper. We had a pop up before but with 4 kids we needed something MUCH bigger. I told Perry what we were looking for and he came back with a variety of floor plans and models in our price range. He walked us through everything we needed to do and was very patient with us. I would highly recommend Showalter to anyone looking to get a new camper!

I would actually give them more stars if I could. We drove 14 hours to pick up a fifth wheel we ordered from Showalter, and it was well worth the drive. The whole process was so easy, and we got a great deal on our trailer. Our plans changed several times both with our arrival and departure dates, and they worked to accommodate us, which we greatly appreciated. The paperwork process was fast and painless. They were able to move our washer/dryer combo unit and switch our hitch and tires from the old unit to the new one. We found a few things that needed to be taken care of in the trailer, and they got right on fixing all of them. Steve even provided a list of recommendations for restaurants and notable places to check out in town (make time to try the coffee place and the pretzel place - they are so worth it), which was also greatly appreciated since we were from out of town. And the place is only a couple minute drive from downtown. Add to that the shop is full of some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer, even if you're not local.
